More on the Hunt fued
As a follow up to my prior post on the Hunt family saga, Vanity Fair has a feature article entitled, Oil in the Family. The article predictably has nothing particularly revealing on the legal issues in the case, but does do a good job exploring the larger than life personalities of the parties, and their lawyers. While Al III's lawyer, Bill Brewer, is portrayed as a bit of a preening peacock, his aggressive style is a good fit for this type of case. While I personally don't share his fondness for French cuffs and monogrammed cufflinks, I have found that a very aggressive approach tends to benefit the client in these disputes. Dallas area will contest and trust dispute attorneys.
